Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PV Wraps' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

PV Wraps provides professional vehicle wrapping services including but not limited to:

• Commercial fleet wraps and graphics
• Full and partial vehicle color changes
• Boat and marine vessel wraps
• RV and trailer wraps
• Wall and window graphics
• Custom design services

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by PV Wraps are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual vehicle condition upon inspection
• Design complexity and revisions
• Material requirements
• Additional preparation work needed

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to schedule your installation appointment and begin design work. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. Payment terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun
• Final payment is due upon completion of the installation
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing

Vehicle Condition Requirements

For optimal wrap adhesion and longevity, vehicles must meet certain condition requirements:

• Paint must be in good condition without peeling, flaking, or oxidation
• Body panels must be free of significant dents or damage
• Surface must be free of rust or corrosion
• Previous wraps or graphics must be fully removed

PV Wraps reserves the right to refuse service or require additional preparation at the customer's expense if vehicle condition is not suitable for wrapping.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production. Once design approval is given:

• Changes may incur additional fees
• PV Wraps is not responsible for errors not caught during the approval process
• Customers should verify all text, logos, and contact information for accuracy

Warranty

PV Wraps provides warranty coverage on materials and installation as outlined in our separate Warranty Policy. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Fading caused by excessive sun exposure
• Damage to underlying paint or vehicle surfaces

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Cancellations made 72+ hours before appointment: Full deposit may be applied to rescheduled date
• Cancellations made within 72 hours: Deposit may be forfeited
• No-shows: Deposit will be forfeited

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PV Wraps or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom designs created by PV Wraps remain our property until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

PV Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
