VEHICLE WRAP WARRANTY

While we have been rated 5 stars for over 25 years, Perdue Vision does not have a formal warranty on vehicle wraps. However, we stand firmly behind our work and will correct any issues that arise. Typically, if there are no issues within the first week of installation, it is unlikely that you will experience material or installation failure beyond that timeframe.

Manufacturers of the materials we use do offer a 7-10 year warranty against defects if installed in a temperature-controlled environment by a certified installer using proper heat settings and installation practices. In our 20 years of experience, we have only had one material failure that required a claim.

Most manufacturers in the industry, including 3M, Avery Dennison, and Hexis, do not offer a warranty on materials installed on vertical surfaces (facing the sun) as these tend to fail within the first 3 years if the vehicle is consistently parked outside. This is due to increased exposure to UV rays and environmental elements which accelerate wear and tear.

Proper care of your wrap is essential for maximizing its longevity. This includes applying a ceramic coating, installing Paint Protection Film (PPF), and using only pH-neutral hand washes. Avoiding beater brush car wash systems is crucial, as these can scratch the vehicle wrap just as they would paint.
